I’m your well-being advocate—a self-awareness and self-compassion facilitator, and Pilates teacher. I believe we all deserve to lead fuller, happier lives, even amid the chaos of work, life’s demands, and the intricacies of being human. With self-awareness and self-compassion, we can become our own best friend cultivating the inner resources to navigate life with intention and show up in ways that feel truly aligned.


My hope is to share things I’ve tried and love so you can find more ease, joy, self-awareness, and kindness in your daily life.
