HELLO,
Maybe we’ve already crossed paths in one of my other roles—perhaps I was your legal consultant, that friendly face who smiled at you in the elevator, or that Pilates teacher who encouraged you to think happy thoughts while you held a side plank.
In this space, I’m your well-being advocate: a self-awareness and self-compassion facilitator and Pilates teacher. I believe we all deserve to lead fuller, happier lives, even amid the chaos of work, life’s demands, and all the intricacies of being human. With self-awareness and self-compassion, we can become our own best friend—building the inner resources to navigate life with intention and show up in ways that feel truly aligned. By turning inward—offering fuller and kinder attention to our heartmind, body, and soul—we begin to nourish ourselves on a deeper level.
My own journey began as a search for the perfect blueprint for happiness and fulfillment. Along the way, I realised there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. Yet, learning to truly know and accept myself—with plenty of kindness along the way—helped me care for my body and heartmind in ways that allow me to feel my best.
My Approach
I’ve immersed myself in research-based mindfulness and self-compassion, distilling these insights into practical, bite-sized tools—perfect for us busy people in this modern, always on world. As someone who’s juggled multiple jobs and roles, I know how overwhelming life can get. So, I want to make self-awareness and self-compassion feel doable and joyful for everyone, rather than just another chore on your already full to-do list!
While the tools I share are grounded in evidence-based practices, the best way to discover whether they resonate with you is to try them out. After all, we’re each our own best teacher. It would be my honor to guide you on your journey of mindfulness, self-awareness and self-compassion—sharing things I have tried and grown love.
I’m a Search Inside Yourself Certified Teacher with SIY Global, a Trained Teacher with the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion, and a Certified Coach through Thailand Coaching Academy (International Coaching Federation-accredited programme). For movement, I am a Certified STOTT Pilates Instructor (Level 1—Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels).
Before embracing this path of mindfulness and self-compassion, my training included an LLB from Thammasat University, an LLM from Chulalongkorn University, and an MCL from the University of Cambridge.
Each step has enriched my understanding of well-being, self-kindness and self-acceptance. My heartfelt gratitude goes to all life lessons, and the teachers, mentors, family and friends for their guidance and unwavering support throughout. My hope is to pass on the learnings I’ve gathered so others can find more ease, joy, self-awareness and kindness in their daily lives.
