A welcoming space to connect and reflect as we explore mindfulness, self-awareness, and self-compassion together. The beauty of group workshops lies in learning from one another seeing that we’re all in this together. I currently offer two key programmes.

SEARCH INSIDE YOURSELF

Originally developed at Google, Search Inside Yourself (SIY) is a globally recognised programme designed to cultivate mindfulness-based emotional intelligence. The unique blend of neuroscience, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence research, equips participants with practical tools to enhance self-awareness, empathy, and leadership skills.

My firsthand experience of how even short mindfulness practices can improve my well-being and the way I show up in the world led me to explore ways to share mindfulness in simple, effective ways. For me, SIY answered that call with its blend of mindfulness, the latest science and research, and practice options that allow programme participants to dedicate time for practice or integrate mindfulness on the go. The programme resonates so deeply with me that I decided to pursue teacher training so I could share this with you.

Whether you’re seeking greater clarity, stronger interpersonal skills, or tools to navigate life and work challenges, SIY provides a transformative, hands-on experience that’s practical, evidence-based, and applicable to your daily life. Developed by Dr. Christopher Germer, a leader in integrating mindfulness and psychotherapy, and Dr. Kristin Neff, a pioneering researcher in self-compassion, Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is a research-backed program designed to help us respond kindly to ourselves—especially when life gets challenging.

For me, MSC has been life-changing. It’s helped me ease the self-imposed pressure to perform, accept my flaws and misfortunes with kindness, and embrace a more relaxed, gentle and easeful way of being. Surprisingly, when I’m more compassionate toward myself, I find I perform better and connect more deeply and genuinely with others.

Rooted in mindfulness and self-compassion, MSC offers a wide variety of simple yet powerful practices that foster emotional resilience, reduce burnout, and bring more joy and balance into daily life. Of course—these includes my personal favourites, like Giving and Receiving Compassion (also known as “In for Me and Out for You”), Soothing and Supportive Touch and Soles of the feet :)

My approach to MSC focuses on helping you build a loving connection with yourself—becoming your own best friend so you can navigate life’s ups and downs with greater acceptance, clarity, and ease. Through guided meditations, practical exercises, and thoughtful journaling reflection, you’ll explore how to meet yourself with kindness, one mindful moment at a time.

While I enjoy learning in a community, I also deeply value the intimate, cozy spaces where growth feels personal and tailored. This inspired me to offer one-on-one and private group sessions for those seeking a more customised experience. Together, we’ll co-create a nurturing environment that supports your individual needs and goals—whether you’re looking to deepen your practice, address specific challenges, or simply find more ease in everyday life.
